Setzo is developed by Neeraj Chormale and distributed on the App Store by Parth Jadhav. Neeraj Chormale handles support and privacy requests. Questions about these terms can be sent to neerajchormale39@gmail.com.
These terms cover your use of Setzo, including workout tracking, cloud sync, and IronFuel's Fuel Buddy. By creating an account or using Fuel Buddy, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may stop using the app and delete your data in Settings.
Age and supervision
Account creation and social sign-in are for people aged 18 or older. People under 18 may use local workout tracking with a parent or guardian's guidance. Fuel Buddy does not provide suggestions when a Nutrition Passport identifies the user as under 18. Setzo has no parental consent process for cloud accounts; minors must not create one.
Wellness information
Setzo is a fitness and general wellness tool. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or manage any medical condition. Workout statistics and calorie estimates can be inaccurate. Fuel Buddy uses AI to suggest dish names; its output can be inaccurate or unsuitable for you. It cannot verify ingredient labels, allergens, cross-contact, nutrition content, or whether a meal is safe for a medical condition. Check products yourself and consult a qualified clinician or dietitian for pregnancy, eating-disorder concerns, prescribed diets, allergies, or other medical needs. Do not disregard professional advice because of the app.
Your information and third parties
You are responsible for the information you enter and for keeping account credentials secure. Do not put another person's private information in meal requests or workout notes. Setzo uses Supabase for authentication, optional cloud sync, and Fuel Buddy requests. When you request an AI suggestion, the function sends the meal request and selected dietary preferences, including allergies and intolerances, to Groq. The Privacy Policy describes this processing and your deletion options.
Availability and changes
Cloud sync and AI suggestions need a network connection and may be delayed or unavailable. Keep your own copy of information you need. We may change or discontinue features, and may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, subject to applicable law.
Accounts and deletion
You can use Setzo without a cloud account. If you create one, you may delete it and its associated cloud data in Settings → Delete Account & Data. Local users can select Delete Local Data & Guest Account. If a network request fails, the app will explain what remains pending. Contact neerajchormale39@gmail.com for help.
App license
Your use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple's standard licensed application end-user license agreement where applicable. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.
